2021-2022 WVCA School Year Enrollment
Below are the required enrollment forms for student registration for the 2021-2022 school year starting
Please review, complete, and submit forms to WVCA@wvcatracy.com.
ANY NEW STUDENT TRANSFERRING IN FROM ANOTHER SCHOOL WILL NEED TO BRING IN A COPY OF THE CURRENT REPORT CARD FROM THEIR PREVIOUS SCHOOL.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR KINDERGARTEN ,1ST AND 7TH GRADES THERE ARE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS TO BE FILLED OUT LOCATED BELOW.
WVCA Kindergarten Enrollment Packet
WVCA is a Full Day Kindergarten Program with an accelerated curriculum. Student applicants for Kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year must review, complete, and submit the following documents with submission of the registration fee. WVCA will send a confirmation of enrollment email upon successful completion of all required items.
**Your child's placement is not guaranteed without receipt of email confirmation. **
Only full and complete enrollment packets will be accepted.
Incoming Kindergartners must also submit an updated immunization record , well exam for Kindergarten entry, and copy of a Birth Certificate before the first day of school.

1st-8th Grade Enrollment Packet
Students Grades 1-8 Enrolling for the 2021-2022 school year must review, complete, and submit the following documents with submission of the registration fee. WVCA will send a confirmation of enrollment email upon successful completion of all required items. All new incoming students must also submit the most current report card from the previous school for enrollment consideration.

Only full and complete re-enrollment packets will be accepted.
Entering 7th Graders must submit their TDap Booster for a complete re-enrollment packet.
